FACULTY ADVISORS. Nothing in this Article 10.10 shall preclude the University from employing individuals as faculty advisors from outside the Association's bargaining unit. Such individuals shall not be covered by this Agreement; this Agreement shall cover only those faculty advisors who were covered by this Agreement immediately prior to the faculty members' assignments.

FACULTY ADVISORS. The following list of faculty advisors shall be compensated, at the District’s discretion, with three (3) equated hours reassigned or four and one-half (4.5) hours per week at the current instructional support hourly rate.
FACULTY ADVISORS. ‌ Each student majoring in Chemistry will be assigned a Faculty Advisor who should be consulted on all academic matters. Individual programs must be drawn up in consultation with the advisor. Note: Students who have obtained a grade of 3 or better on the Advanced Placement courses in Chemistry will normally be eligible for direct entry into Chemistry 1051 or second year courses. Such students must consult the Department before registration.
FACULTY ADVISORS. The Department has an Undergraduate Advisor for Computer Science majors to consult with on academic matters.
FACULTY ADVISORS. ‌ Normally, the Undergraduate Officer will be the advisor for each student who has undertaken a major in Applied or Pure Mathematics, and the Deputy Head (Statistics) will be the advisor for any student involved in a major in Statistics. Students should consult with their advisor at least once each semester to ensure that their choice of courses is appropriate.
FACULTY ADVISORS. The COMPANY Faculty Advisor(s) will be responsible for advising, monitoring and evaluating the students' efforts to carry out each Sponsored Project’s objectives. The Faculty Advisor(s) will meet with the students and assess their progress during the course of each Sponsored Project. Reports on the results of each Sponsored Project, including the students’ project report, will be submitted to the Faculty Advisor(s) for grading and to COMPANY for academic credit. Faculty Advisor(s) are under no specific obligation to participate directly in the completion of a project.

  • Faculty a. All instructors teaching dual credit courses must meet the College’s academic requirements as outlined by SACSCOC Faculty Credentialing requirements, as determined by the College. All instructors teaching dual credit classes at the School site must be approved and hired as faculty by the College prior to teaching dual credit courses. The faculty credentialing process used by the College for faculty on the College site will apply for faculty on the School site. The College will designate staff in the respective discipline to supervise and evaluate the faculty on the School site using the same or comparable procedures used with faculty on the College site.

  • Advisors Each party may appoint any counsel, consultants and advisors as it feels appropriate to assist the expert in his determination and so as to present their respective cases so that at all times the parties will co-operate and seek to narrow and limit the issues to be determined.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member. Such work by supervisors may result from but shall not cause any layoffs of covered members.

  • Auditors The auditors whose report with respect to financial statements that is or will be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Basic Prospectus, any Preliminary Final Prospectus or the Final Prospectus are independent with respect to the Bank under the rules and regulations adopted by the International Federation of Accountants.

  • Specialists Persons working within a juridical person who possess uncommon knowledge essential to the commercial presence’s production, research equipment, techniques or management. In assessing such knowledge, account will be taken not only of knowledge specific to the commercial presence, but also of whether the person has a high level of qualification referring to a type of work or trade requiring specific technical knowledge, including membership of an accredited profession.

  • Consultants Any and all consultant(s), sub-consultant(s), subcontractor(s), or agent(s) to the Architect.

  • Managers (a) Subject to Sections 1.07 and 1.08, the business and affairs of the Company shall be managed by or under the direction of two or more Managers designated by the Member. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Member may determine at any time in its sole and absolute discretion the number of Managers. Subject in all cases to the terms of this Agreement, the authorized number of Managers may be increased or decreased by the Member at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, upon notice to all Managers; provided, that, except as provided in Section 7.06, at all times the Company shall have at least two Independent Managers. The initial number of Managers shall be five, two of which shall be Independent Managers. Each Manager designated by the Member shall hold office until a successor is elected and qualified or until such Manager’s earlier death, resignation, expulsion or removal. Each Manager shall execute and deliver the Management Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Managers need not be a Member. The initial Managers designated by the Member are listed on Schedule B hereto.

  • PROFESSORS, TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution which is recognized by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.

  • Liaisons Each party shall designate a representative to serve as its liaison in all matters arising under this Agreement, and shall furnish in writing the name of each representative to the other party.
