A returning teacher with a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience whose current base salary is $45,,500 shall receive the lesser of a $1,100 base increase, or not to exceed the current placement salary of $46,700. In this scenario, the teacher will receive a $1,100 base increase to $46,600 under the Academic Needs factor.
