Facsimiles. For purposes of this Agreement, any copy, facsimile, telecommunication or other reliable reproduction of a writing, transmission or signature may be substituted or used in lieu of the original writing, transmission or signature for any and all purposes for which the original writing, transmission or signature could be used, provided that such copy, facsimile telecommunication or other reproduction shall have been confirmed received by the sending Party.
Facsimiles. Facsimile signatures shall be deemed valid and binding to the same extent as the original.
Facsimiles. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Agreement by any party by electronic transmission will be as effective as delivery of a manually executed copy of this Agreement by such party.
Facsimiles. One or more counterparts to this contract may be signed, all of which shall be considered the same instrument. Each of the counterparts shall be an enforceable original. Signed documents and counter parts received via electronic or facsimile transmission shall be considered originals and are likewise enforceable.
Facsimiles. Any facsimile signature of any party hereto or to any other agreement executed in connection herewith shall constitute a legal, valid and binding execution hereof by such party.
Facsimiles. In the event that any signature is delivered by facsimile (fax) transmission or by e-mail delivery of a ".pdf" format data file, such signature shall be considered a binding signature and shall have the same force and effect as an original signature. You will ensure that all documents bearing the original signature will be forwarded to RAF as soon as possible after being faxed or emailed via “pdf”, but failure to provide such documents with original signatures shall not affect the ability of either party to rely on fax signatures to the same extent as an original.
Facsimiles. The parties agree that facsimile copies of signatures shall be deemed originals for all purposes hereof and that a party may produce such copies, without the need to produce original signatures, to prove the existence of this Agreement in any proceeding brought hereunder. Facsimiles and scanned images of original signatures are considered valid as original signatures. In addition, images of the original of this PO may be stored electronically. The Parties intend that electronic copies or images reproduced from the electronically stored original of this PO shall be valid as an original.
Facsimiles. This Agreement may be executed by a facsimile ---------- signature, which shall have the same force and effect as a manually executed signature.
Facsimiles of this executed document will be treated as original documents and are valid and binding on all Parties.
