Common use of Facsimile or Electronic Signature Clause in Contracts

Facsimile or Electronic Signature. In addition to the provisions for use of facsimile or electronic signatures elsewhere specifically authorized in these bylaws, facsimile or electronic signatures of any stockholder, director or officer of the corporation may be used whenever and as authorized by the Board of Directors or a committee thereof.
