Facility Services. A. The Lessor or Lessee will furnish daily janitorial services and required janitorial supplies. Janitorial services will include provision of recycling trash disposal for the Premises at the expense of the Lessor or Lessee . ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide for interior and exterior maintenance and repairs in accordance with generally accepted good practices. This includes repainting, replacement of worn or damaged floor covering and repairs or replacement of interior equipment as needed due to normal use. Lessor shall maintain the exterior of the leased facility so to conform to all applicable health and safety laws, ordinances and codes, which are presently in effect or may be enacted during the term of this Lease and any renewal periods. C. The Lessor or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to furnish pest control services for the leased Premises during the term of the Lease at the expense of the Lessor or Lessee. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to install light fixtures for use by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. The Lessor or Lessee shall be responsible for replacement of all bulbs, lamps, tubes, and starters used in such fixtures. E. All services required above shall be provided during Lessee's normal working hours, which are deemed 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding state holidays, unless otherwise stipulated below: F. During the term of this Lease, Lessee shall maintain the interior of the Premises in as good a state of repair as it is at the time of the commencement of this Lease. Notwithstanding this obligation, reasonable wear and tear and unavoidable casualties are permissible.
Facility Services. Subject to this Agreement and other terms as drop-in child care for my Child on a flexible basis which includes participation in group and independent play, arts and crafts and active play. I understand the following pertains to Wanna Play Playcare services: a. Transportation and Field Trip services are not offered. b. The center does not have an outdoor activity space. In lieu of an outdoor activity, my Child may participate in gross motor activities in the indoor ballroom and age 4 years and up, on the climbing wall. c. The center does not employ Community Resource Services. d. While in attendance Infants are physically separate from Preschool and School Age children. Preschool and School Age children are physically separate except if there are two or fewer School Age children in attendance (ratio of 1:8, excludes ballroom/climbing wall activities), and during snacks/meals, movie time or planned special events. e. My Child is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week of attendance at Wanna Play Playcare.

Facility Services. We are happy to discuss special arrangements for the use of the facilities outside the Business Center standard business opening hours or, the standard working days where the Business Center is located. Facility Services. The Company will manage and effectively execute facility operations, facility maintenance, provide suitable space in its offices for the use of Client and its officers and employees, provide delivery services, security services, print services, and other facility services.

Facility Services. Excite@Home shall provide routine cleaning services, environmental systems maintenance, power plant services at the same level as it provides these services to other co-location customers in its NDCs (the "Facility Services"). Excite@Home will use commercially reasonable efforts to inform iBEAM of scheduled interruptions in the Facility Services, but cannot guarantee that such services will be free from interruption.
