Facility Security. Contractor shall keep all doors locked while working in any buildings on the site. Keys shall not be left in the doors. Contractor shall not admit any person into the building that is not a direct employee of the Contractor and not actively engaged in performance of the Work. Contractor shall restrict access to the areas of the facility not specifically included in this Contract for construction services. The Contractor shall check all windows and doors for proper closure and locking, extinguish all lights except master security lighting, and then reactivate the security system (if applicable) prior to leaving the facility.

Contractor shall restrict access to the areas of the facility not specifically included in this Contract for construction services. The Contractor acknowledges that the primary purpose of the facility is the safe and secure operation of the facility. Contractor and workers shall immediately comply with all directions or orders issued by Sheriff’s Department personnel. Changes regarding the quality and quantity of the work will be controlled by the Project Manager. Contractor and workers may be delayed or denied access to the facility, may be ordered to leave a facility prior to the completion of their work or the end of the workday, or may be detained within a facility until an incident is resolved. Contractor may be subject to an inventory requirement where the Contractor shall supply an inventory list of all tools. The Facility will use this list for verification of tools entering and exiting security. Any and all time required to comply with the tool inventory and control program will not be considered a compensable delay and no requests for equitable adjustment in time or additional compensation for this time will be considered.

Facility Security. The Company shall provide security personnel for the protection and security of the Facility. From time to time, the Company may request additional security forces from the GOB to meet unusual security requirements. All such additional security forces shall remain under the exclusive control and direction of the GOB. All actual expenses incurred by the GOB in providing such security forces requested by the Company shall, within 5 (five) Business Days of delivery of demand by the GOB to the Company, be reimbursed to the GOB by the Company as and when incurred by the GOB. No such request by the Company shall preclude a claim under any provisions of Section 11 by the Company, nor shall the GOB’s provision of such security forces be deemed of itself an admission or agreement by the GOB that any of the events described in Section 11 has occurred.

Facility Security. The Company shall provide adequate security personnel, adequately trained and experienced, for the protection and security of the Facility on a twenty-four (24) hour per Day, seven (7) Day per week basis. From time to time, the Company may request additional security forces from the GOB to meet unusual security requirements. All such additional security forces shall remain under the exclusive control and direction of the GOB. Actual expenses incurred by the GOB in providing such security forces requested by the Company shall, within five (5) Business Days of delivery of demand by the GOB to the Company, be reimbursed to the GOB by the Company as and when incurred by the GOB.
Facility Security. Manager will adhere to each written Facility Security Plan and each Facility staff will be trained in its requirements. Each Facility staff and all visitors will be required to adhere to the plan to ensure security of such Facility in normal as well as emergency situations.

Facility Security. Only the Contractor and Contractor's employees shall be authorized access to the Facility to perform Services under this Contract. While Services are being performed in or about the Facility or the Facility site, all exterior doors and ground floor windows shall be kept closed and locked. Any exterior exit being used to remove supplies, trash or equipment shall not be blocked open or left unattended during this process. Interior door security shall be maintained in the individual areas within the Facility during the shift. Doors to unattended rooms shall be closed and secured during the shift except while being serviced. Contractor shall ensure the Facility is secured while performing Services inside the Facility and upon departure. Once the Facility is locked, Contractor or Contractor's employees shall not open doors to allow a person to enter. Any problems or questions regarding individuals requesting access without an entrance key, access card or button, or other form of proper identification, or any problems with unauthorized persons, loitering, theft, or vandalism shall be immediately reported by phone to ODOT's contracted Security Company. ODOT reserves the right to screen, and when necessary, refuse access to the Facility or specific work areas in the Facility to any of Contractor’s employees. The Facility is under 24/7 video surveillance, and ODOT reserves the right to review surveillance videos to address security concerns or to identify performance concerns as described in 7.11. Breach of security may be cause for immediate Contract termination. Contractor shall be allowed only in the areas specified in this Contract. Some areas may be considered off limits to Contractor. Contractor shall be notified of any such areas. Contractor’s employees shall leave the premises promptly upon completion of their work. Loitering more than 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the scheduled work shift or more than 30 minutes after the scheduled work shift shall not be permitted.
Facility Security. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that facilities are secured at all times. Refer to the Statement of Work Exhibits, Exhibit 2 - Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).
