FACILITY RESPONSIBILITIES. 1. The Facility will retain responsibility for the care of its clients and patients and will maintain supervision of students insofar as their presence and A.L.E. assignments affect the operation of the Facility and its care, direct and indirect, of its clients and patients. No provision of this Relationship shall prevent any Facility client or patient from requesting not to be a teaching client or patient or prevent any member of the Facility's staff from designating any client or patient as a non‐teaching client or patient.
