Facility Closed. (A) When the decision to close a facility is made before the start of a shift, the Company will try to notify employees not to report to work. An employee who misses work due to a facility closure will be paid for the regular scheduled hours missed for the first day. After the facility has been closed, the Company will determine when the facility can expect to reopen and how pay and/or make-up hours will be handled.

Facility Closed. If the paid holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday and the following Monday (or Tuesday) is observed as per 16.02(a) and the University facility is closed, an employee who is regularly scheduled to work on the Saturday or Sunday may instead take a day off without pay or as a charge to earned time off or vacation time.

The University agrees to provide me with a pro rata refund, calculated from the date of such termination to the end of the Agreement Period, of any prepaid housing and dining payment made to the University, and to return my Deposit pursuant to this Agreement.   • Availability Control Personal Data will be protected against accidental or unauthorized destruction or loss. Measures: • SAP employs regular backup processes to provide restoration of business-critical systems as and when necessary. • SAP uses uninterrupted power supplies (for example: UPS, batteries, generators, etc.) to protect power availability to the Data Centers. • SAP has defined business contingency plans for business-critical processes and may offer disaster recovery strategies for business critical Services as further set out in the Documentation or incorporated into the Order Form for the relevant Cloud Service. • Emergency processes and systems are regularly tested.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Damages payable hereunder by the Concessionaire shall be in addition to the Damages, if any, due and payable under the provisions of Clause 4.3.

  • School-Initiated Closure Should the School choose to voluntarily surrender this Contract before the end of the Contract term, it may do so in consultation with the Commission at the close of any school year and upon written notice to the Commission given at least ninety (90) days before the end of the school year.
