The administration building(s) will be properly licensed and compliant with code with regard to the Americans with Disabilities Act, all OSHA regulations and with all applicable Idaho laws. The building will provide sufficient wiring and communication capabilities to support the high-tech nature and infrastructure of the school. The building will also provide adequate heating, ventilation, lighting, sanitary conditions, and water supply to support the school’s administrative staff.

Any renovations needed to the classroom, washrooms, or school building, as determined by the School Based Team, in consultation with the Superintendent of Physical Plant, shall be completed before integration begins where the student to be integrated is identified in the spring. Tables and chairs are included in rental. • The kitchen is included in the hall rental fee. • A SPRCP Certified Food Protection Manager must be on SPRCP staff and onsite if your event is being catered or Lessee is preparing, warming or serving food. This is a Cochise County Health Department mandatory requirement. • Kitchen: SPRCP does not provide pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, kitchenware, paper goods or beverages. • Audio/visual equipment: SPRCP does not provide televisions, projectors, satellite dishes, WIFI access, screens, or sound systems.
