The Facility Administrator shall be accountable to the PROVIDER's Vice President of the Juvenile Justice Division. The Facility Administrator shall have the authority to act on behalf of the company and shall manage on-site the day to-day operation of the facility. The Facility Administrator shall maintain a current organizational chart. The chart shall be updated every thirty (30) days and the updated versions shall be submitted to the Contract Manager every 30 days beginning the first thirty days after the entry of the first client is admitted to the program.
Facility Administrator. Xxxxxx acknowledges that the Facility Administrator is licensed by the State and responsible for the management of the Facility. The individual signing for Tenant is not signing in an individual capacity and it is the intent of the Tenant for the Facility Administrator to ratify this Lease Agreement on behalf of the Tenant as soon as practical, and such Ratification shall be attached to this Lease Agreement.
