FACILITIES TO BE PROVIDED BY. THE SELLER The Seller shall provide, at no additional direct cost to the Buyer, such reasonable accommodation for representatives of the Buyer as the Buyer may require. Such representatives may include Technical Costs, Professional Accountancy and Equipment Accounting Officers of the Buyer. All accommodation provided shall be adequately furnished, lighted, heated and ventilated and shall include suitable cloak-room and telephone facilities.
