Common use of Facilities Agreement Clause in Contracts

Facilities Agreement. This Agreement is entered into this 17th day of July, 2018, by and between Ohio Power Company and AEP Ohio Transmission Company (“OHTCO,” together with OPCO “AEP”), South Central Power, Inc., an Ohio not-for-profit corporation (“SCP”) and Buckeye Power, Inc., an Ohio not-for-profit corporation (“Buckeye”), being sometimes herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party”.

Facilities Agreement. This Agreement is entered into this 17th 16th day of JulyAugust, 2018, by and between Ohio Power Company (“OPCO”) and AEP Ohio Transmission Company (“OHTCO,” together with OPCO “AEP”), South Central PowerLicking Rural Electrification, Inc., an Ohio not-for-profit corporation (“SCPLicking”) and Buckeye Power, Inc., an Ohio not-for-profit corporation (“Buckeye”), being sometimes herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party”.
