Facilitator’s Obligations. 1.1 The Facilitator will perform the restorative justice services as set out in Schedule A of this contract; and/or as otherwise agreed between the parties from time to time in writing, during the term of this contract. The Facilitator is required to undergo induction training through The Resolution Institute, in conjunction with mentoring from an experienced Facilitator.
