FACILITATIVE PROVISIONS. 4.1 Part B of this Agreement contains facilitative provisions which allow agreement between the Employer and employees on how specific employment conditions are to apply at the workplace or section or sections of it.

FACILITATIVE PROVISIONS. 29.8.1. A facilitative provision is necessary to allow for the variation of employment conditions or work practices at the school or workplace in order to meet the objective of this Part. The following procedures shall apply:
