Facilitation of Tax Evasion. 29.1 The Subscriber represents and warrants that neither the Subscriber nor any of the Sponsor Persons, in connection with the entry into or performance of any obligation by either Bupa or the Subscriber under this Contract engaged or will engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute any tax evasion offence or tax evasion facilitation offence under any applicable laws.
Facilitation of Tax Evasion. 15.1 Each Party shall not engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute either: a UK tax evasion facilitation offence under section 45(1) of the Criminal Finances Act 2017; or a foreign tax evasion facilitation offence under section 46(1) of the Criminal Finances Act 2017.
