Face Coverings. Parent/Guardian understands and agrees that unless exempt, students in grades Preschool – 12 must wear face coverings. Parent/Guardian understands and agrees that his/her child(xxx) may be excluded from school if they refuse to wear a face covering consistent with the rules set forth in the District’s COVID-19 Prevention Plan.
Face Coverings. All employees, students, and building visitors shall wear a CDC recommended face covering while in any shared space, except: o those with a disability that would prevent them from comfortably wearing or removing a face covering o those with respiratory conditions that would prevent wearing face covering, or trouble breathing as per CDC exceptions o those who are deaf or hard of hearing and use facial and mouth movements as part of communication o those advised by a medical, legal, or behavioral health professional that wearing a face covering may pose a risk to that person o those who are unable to wear a mask properly, as described above, should have adaptations and alternatives to limit the spread to the same level as a face covering. The following also apply:

All employees, students, and building visitors shall wear a cloth face covering or protective face shield with a drape while at the worksite, except those with a medical condition that would prevent them from comfortably wearing or removing a face covering; those with respiratory conditions that would prevent wearing face covering, or have trouble breathing; those who are deaf or hard of hearing and use facial and mouth movements as part of communication; and those advised by a medical, legal, or behavioral health professional that wearing a face covering may pose a risk to that person.

Parent/Guardian understands and agrees that his/her child(ren) may be excluded from school if they refuse to wear a face covering consistent with the rules set forth in the District’s COVID-19 Safe at School Reopening Plan.
Face Coverings. All staff and students are required to wear a well fitting face mask that is on the recommended list. Staff who cannot wear a mask because of a documented health issue shall be handled through the ADA interactive process. Students who cannot wear a mask shall provide medical documentation to this effect.
Face Coverings. All unit members shall wear a face covering (mask, face xxxxxxx with mask or face xxxxxxx with cloth) that meets current public health guidelines and appropriate for a school setting while at work/school except when in their own private work areas with no one else present. A unit member may obtain a District approved exemption based on the needs of the individual, consistent with Public Health Guidance. Unit members with accessibility concerns, allergies, or acute or chronic respiratory illness which makes wearing a face covering problematic should contact Human Resources. The District retains the authority to determine whether an exemption may be granted to an individual. There may be situations when the universal mask policy must be upheld, for example where vulnerable individuals may be present. Upon request, the District will provide face coverings to unit members. Unit members shall be responsible for washing district-provided face coverings, as applicable. The District reserves the right to modify this requirement based on Public Health Guidance, as those directives and guidelines may change from time-to- time.
Face Coverings. Students are required to wear face coverings (masks) when outside of their immediate room, suite, or apartment and when entering any common areas of the residence hall or anywhere they are unable to practice appropriate physical distancing (i.e., maintaining six feet of space from others). Masks may be removed in common bathroom spaces in Xxxxxxx Xxxx.
Face Coverings. The Governor’s Executive Order GA-29 and Xxxxxx County’s order regarding the wearing of face coverings apply to all Lake Xxxxxx ISD facilities. All individuals ten years of age or older present at any LTISD facility must comply with these requirements, unless the individual is actively practicing or playing in a contest. Individuals are not required to wear a face covering while consuming food or drink. Lessee must comply with the requirements of the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) in considering and providing accommodations for individuals with a medical or disability-related condition that prevents him/her from complying with the requirement to wear a face covering. The CDC does not recommend that face xxxxxxx be used for normal everyday activities or as a substitute for cloth face coverings. SCREENING Lessee must, at a minimum, require all participants and attendees to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms and/or close-contact with a test-confirmed individual prior to utilizing or coming onto a Lake Xxxxxx ISD facility. SYMPTOMATIC, POSITIVE, AND CLOSE CONTACT INDIVIDUALS Any individual who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, who is test-confirmed positive for COVID- 19, or who has had close contact with an individual test-confirmed positive for COVID-19, may not come onto an LTISD facility until the required quarantine or self-isolation period has been completed. CLEANING Additional custodians and associated fees may be required to ensure the facility can be properly cleaned and disinfected after use. TICKETING To the extent Lessee is selling tickets, it is preferred that Lessee utilize an online ticketing platform. If online tickets are not possible, Lessee should ensure that proper markings are noted so that sales are conducted in a socially-distanced manner.
Face Coverings. To the extent required by CDPH, all employees, students, parents/guardians, and visitors shall wear a mask, unless they present medical documentation that wearing the mask is unsafe for the individual. The District will provide reasonable accommodations to unit members who are unable to wear a mask for medical reasons. The District will provide masks to students who do not have one. The District will provide each classroom with extra face masks to replace those that are damaged, lost, or destroyed during the day. The supply of masks will be replenished by the District upon request.
