Fabrication Shop. 1. Notwithstanding the foregoing clauses (a) and (b), the Employer may petition the Joint Arbitration Board in writing to establish an “approved fabrication shop” at any location within the Territorial Jurisdiction (other than a job site) for the fabrication of piping configurations under the provisions of this Agreement. The Joint Arbitration Board may, after due consideration and in its sole judgment and discretion, waive the requirement of separate job requests for exception, and permit piping of any size and application to be fabricated in said “approved shop” on an ongoing basis.

Upon request by the Union, the Employer will notify the Union of the names and Social Security Numbers of all persons working on off-site fabrication permitted under this Section 4.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
