F Regulatory Coordination.  Description: Continued consultation and meetings with regulators to gain approval of aspects of the traditional and non-traditional projects and activities. While preparation of technical material and initial permit application forms are scoped and budgeted to a limited extent under the individual project tasks (such as the MassDEP Groundwater Permit for the Hydrogeologic Investigation at the Effluent Disposal sites and the Request for Determination of Applicability to the Orleans ConCom for the aquaculture demonstration project), other necessary tasks including pre-application meetings, meetings to discuss comments, site visits, are included under this task. Agencies requiring follow-up coordination include MassDEP, Massachusetts Historic Commission, Cape Cod Commission, and NHESP and others.  Subtasks o Continued coordination and review with variety of state and local agencies regarding proposed project activities and anticipated jurisdictional impacts. o Prepare agenda, attend and prepare minutes on up to 6 meetings with the agencies are assumed across all NT and traditional projects. o Coordination of planned monitoring activities and review of initial results of the monitoring of demonstration projects (shellfish, PRB and NRB) with SMAST. o Coordination with Cape Cod Commission regarding planned activities associated with demonstration projects and studies.

  • Donor Coordination Throughout the multi-year development of the Compact, MCC and the Government have engaged in an inclusive process that included consultations with the United States Government, Nepali communities and key private sector actors, non-government actors, and other donors as well as multilateral organizations. In particular, MCC worked closely with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank in reviewing and agreeing on various power sector reforms required in Nepal for future programming by the two banks. MCC also consulted frequently with the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (“DFID”) during its preparation of a political economy analysis of power sector reform.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.

  • REGULATORY FILINGS AND CAISO TARIFF COMPLIANCE 3.1 Filing

  • Regulatory Reporting Ultimus agrees to provide reports to the federal and applicable state authorities, including the SEC, and to the Funds’ Auditors. Applicable state authorities are those governmental agencies located in states in which the Fund is registered to sell shares.

  • Care Coordination The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the Enrollee’s CP Care Coordinator provide ongoing care coordination support to the Enrollee in coordination with the Enrollee’s PCP and other providers as set forth in Section 2.6.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).
