Common use of Eye Protection Clause in Contracts

Eye Protection. 274 In line with the Company’s policy of providing the employee with a safe place in which to work, the Company will maintain a 100% comprehensive eye protection program. 275 The type of eye protection, required to be worn by employees, must meet ANSI standards.
