Extreme cold a. The Agency recognizes the hazards of working outside for extended periods in extremely cold temperatures IAW ATP 4-25.15, Table 8-1.
Extreme cold. The Agency and the Union mutually recognize the hazards of working in extremely cold temperatures and acknowledge that, under extenuating circumstances, the necessity for accomplishing mission essential tasks even in the most extreme temperatures. Each employee is responsible to ensure the adequacy of cold weather gear worn and to make full and proper use of all such protective equipment prior to venturing out in extreme temperatures. The agency will make every effort to provide authorized foul/cold weather protective gear to employees at no cost to ensure a safe work environment.
Extreme cold. ‌ The WVNG and the ACTWV mutually recognize the hazards of working in extremely cold temperatures, while at the same time, acknowledge the necessity for accomplishing certain tasks to varying extent even in the most extreme temperatures. It is acknowledged that it is the responsibility of each employee to ensure the adequacy of cold weather gear worn is appropriate and to make full and proper uses of all such protective equipment prior to working in extreme temperatures. Common sense must be applied as cold tolerance between individuals differs and that the type of outside work being accomplished affects the body heat generated by a worker. Work rest cycles must be followed during extreme cold conditions, +10 (F) and below.‌
Extreme cold. The Employer is responsible for and agrees to provide protective cold weather equipment at the technician’s work location and compatible with the duties of the technician. In the event funding is not immediately available, a Risk Assessment Code (RAC) priority will be assigned for future funding. In the interim, should cold weather equipment be awaiting funding, management will take reasonable efforts to ameliorate the effects of cold weather and still accomplish the mission. The cold tolerance between individuals differs, and the type of work being accomplished needs to be considered when assigning such work.

Those records will be maintained under conditions that restrict access to persons who need them for official duties related to the matching process. The user’s supervisor will ensure that USAC or the Department are notified when a user has departed or duties have changed so the user no longer needs access to the system, to ensure timely deletion of the user’s account and password.

  • Dangerous Goods You warrant that the Goods do not include any firearms or goods which are or may become of a dangerous, corrosive, highly combustible, explosive, damaging or noxious nature nor likely to encourage any vermin or pest unless You have disclosed to Us in writing the presence and nature of any such items prior to them being made available to Us for loading or storage. We may refuse to remove or store such items. If We discover any article or substance of this nature after the Goods have been received by Us, We may take any reasonable action, including destruction or disposal, as We may think fit without incurring any liability to You.

  • Mold The Resident acknowledges that to avoid mold growth it is important to prevent excessive moisture buildup and agrees to remove visible moisture accumulation as soon as it occurs and immediately report to Owner any evidence of excess moisture or mold or mildew inside the Home. Resident acknowledges receipt of the “Mold Information and Prevention Addendum”, which is fully executed and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

  • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions. The Contractor agrees that the Geological and Water Resources Division and the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources may inspect the Work at reasonable times.
