Extra Coverage. Services not provided as part of this Agreement will be considered Extra Coverage. Customer agrees to be invoiced separately on a T/M basis (time and materials basis) for Extra Coverage, which includes but not limited to (a) request by Customer which are outside of Agreement Coverage Hours, (b) any maintenance services which Customer requests which are not included in the Agreement Coverage, (c) relocation, reconfiguration or de- installation of Equipment, (d) unreasonable delays in accessibility to Customer Equipment, or incomplete Customer facilities, (e) service calls resulting from or required due to misuse, misapplication, improper operation of, or damage to the Equipment by Customer, power surges, failure of electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control, lightning or other casualty, (f) service calls which result in no trouble found (“NTF”), (g) Equipment failure which Dell and SPO determine is not the result of Dell EqualLogic Equipment failure. Current applicable T/M rates will apply to all service provided which are not covered by this Agreement. Minimum T/M billing is three hours portal-to-portal with billing increments thirty (30) minutes after the three hours for 8 x 5 x next best date (NBD). Installation services are not included under this Agreement, but are available at current standard T/M rates.

Extra Coverage. Extra Coverage is such services as will be provided by -------------- R-D, or its authorized representative, and for which Customer shall be separately billed at the hourly rate of [*] per hour, with a two (2) hour minimum, for services performed. Extra Coverage consists of: those services described above as "Basic Coverage" which are requested by the Customer to be performed by R-D outside PPM hours; any maintenance service which the Customer requests and R-D agrees to perform which is not included in "Basic Coverage", e.g., relocation of Equipment or Software, utilization of R-D personnel to supervise or perform the packaging and crating of Equipment or Software, etc.; any service call resulting from or required by the "Exclusions" set forth above; and any service performed when R-D determines that the cause of Equipment or Software failure was not the result of failure in Equipment, Software or communication facilities provided by R-D. Subsequent to the IMP set forth above, Customer may request R-D to perform Basic Coverage services outside the PPM set forth above. Customer agrees to pay an hourly rate equal to [*] per hour, with a two (2) hour minimum, any Basic Coverage services performed outside the PPM provided R-D 4, responded to such request within four (4) hours for any Zone A locations or within eight (8) hours for any other locations. In the event R-D does not respond to such Basic Coverage service request within the time frames set forth herein, Customer shall have no obligation to pay R-D the hourly rate. Thereafter, Customer may elect to order maintenance coverage at rates, and for specific term lengths, to be mutually determined at time of Order.
Extra Coverage. 1. The Santa Clara County Office of Education will pay a rate of $125.00 an hour to the school psychologists who are requested by administration to complete an assessment outside of their regular work hours. School psychologists asked to complete assessments will be based upon a seniority list, with current assignments taken into consideration, managed by the Lead School Psychologist and administrator overseeing the bargaining unit. The administrator will move down the list based upon seniority when offering assessments. Once a psychologist accepts or declines, the administrator will move to the next most senior psychologist. In this way, the offer of assessments will be rotated among all psychologists, continuing to cycle through the list.
Extra Coverage. When the Administration is unable to obtain a substitute, the Principal will seek volunteers to cover the absent teacher’s class(es). If after a diligent attempt he is unable to obtain volunteers, he may assign teachers to cover them. No teacher shall be so assigned more than five (5) periods, three (3) blocks per school year, and each teacher shall have each year the right to refuse peremptorily two (2) of these. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to limit the number of periods a teacher may cover voluntarily. Refer to Appendix D for compensation.

  • Coverage i) It is expected that both job sharers will cover each other's incidental illnesses. If, because of unavoidable circumstances, one cannot cover the other, the unit supervisor must be notified to book coverage. Job sharers are not required to cover for their partner in the case of prolonged or extended absences.

  • Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage. In signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies, as required by Section 1861 of the California Labor Code, that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Worker's Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.

  • Insurance Coverage The Company and each Subsidiary maintains in full force and effect insurance coverage that is customary for comparably situated companies for the business being conducted and properties owned or leased by the Company and each Subsidiary, and the Company reasonably believes such insurance coverage to be adequate against all liabilities, claims and risks against which it is customary for comparably situated companies to insure.
