External technical audit. (i) At any time during construction, the Authority may appoint an external technical auditor to conduct an audit of the quality of the Works. The Auditor in the presence of the representatives of the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall carry out the tests and/ or collect samples for testing in the laboratory. The timing, the testing equipment and the sample size of this audit shall be as decided by the Authority. The findings of the audit, to the extent accepted by the Authority, shall be notified to the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer for taking remedial action in accordance with this Agreement.

The findings of the audit, to the extent accepted by the Authority, shall be notified to the Concessionaire and the Authority’s Engineer for taking remedial action in accordance with this Agreement. The Concessionaire shall provide all assistance as may be required by the auditor in the conduct of its audit hereunder. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Clause 12.5, the external technical audit shall not affect any obligations of the Concessionaire or the Authority’s Engineer under this Agreement.
External technical audit. 9.5.1 At any time during construction, the RSCL may appoint an external technical auditor to conduct an audit of the quality of work. The findings of the audit, to the extent accepted by the RSCL shall be notified to the Contractor and the EIC for taking remedial action in accordance with this Agreement. The Contractor shall provide all assistance as may be required by the auditor in the conduct of its audit here under. Notwithstanding anything contained in the contract, the external technical audit shall not affect any obligations of the Contractor or the EIC under this Agreement.

  • Technical Cooperation In order to facilitate the implementation of this Agreement, developed country Members shall provide, on request and on mutually agreed terms and conditions, technical and financial cooperation in favour of developing and least-developed country Members. Such cooperation shall include assistance in the preparation of laws and regulations on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights as well as on the prevention of their abuse, and shall include support regarding the establishment or reinforcement of domestic offices and agencies relevant to these matters, including the training of personnel.

  • Development cooperation 1. The Parties recognise that development cooperation is a crucial element of their Partnership and an essential factor in the realisation of the objectives of this Agreement as laid down in Article 1. This cooperation can take financial and non-financial forms.
