External Funds Transfer Services. We may allow you to Connect external accounts (accounts held at depository institutions other than us) that you own or for which you have unlimited authority to initiate deposits and withdrawals. By Connecting an external account, you authorize us to initiate ACH debit or credit entries to such external account. By Connecting an external account you also certify that you are an owner or authorized on the external account with unlimited withdrawal or deposit rights on the depository institution's records, to originate transfers to or from the account. Upon our request, you agree to provide us written documentation of your ownership of or unlimited authority regarding such external Connected Accounts, as applicable, and any other information we deem necessary or desirable regarding such external Connected Accounts. You are required to notify us if any external Connected Account is closed or your withdrawal rights are limited or removed so such external Connected Account may be un-Connected from Online Banking Services. You acknowledge that all transactions involving external Connected Accounts must comply with Applicable Law. The offsetting entries for any transfer to or from an external Connected Account must be made to or from a Connected Customer Account. Transfers between external Connected Accounts are prohibited. When initiating a transfer to or from an external Connected Account, if you are not an owner of such account, you certify that you have full authority to initiate such transfer and that such transfer has been authorized by any and all necessary Persons.

External Funds Transfer Services. By enrolling in Person to Person Payments and Account-to- Account Funds Transfer services (External Funds Transfers) you agree to the following service terms and conditions. By using compatible and supported devices the Service allows you to electronically transfer funds from your account with us to your account at another financial institution, or from your account with us to other individuals’ accounts. You must have Online Banking to use the Service. The Service is only available for accounts at U.S. financial institutions and funds are transferred in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify the scope of Online Money Movement Services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through the Service. You agree and understand the Service may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.
External Funds Transfer Services. Within the Home Banking service, you may separately enroll for External Funds Transfer services including Person-to-Person (P2P) transfers between your accounts to the account of another person.
External Funds Transfer Services. If you have enrolled in the optional external funds transfer service that is offered by the Bank, you may use the Bank’s Internet Banking to initiate payments from any designated Deposit Account that is a checking account with unlimited check-writing privileges (“Deposit Account”) to transfer funds to an account (“receiving account”) at any unaffiliated Financial Institution in the United States. These types of transactions are referred to in this Agreement as "external funds transfer". You expressly authorize us to debit the appropriate Deposit Account in the amount of any external funds transfer through the Bank’s Internet Banking by you or by any other person who is authorized to use your Password. You agree that we may treat any such external funds transfer from a Deposit Account the same as a duly executed written withdrawal, transfer, or check and that we may treat any such bank transfer to a Deposit Account the same as a deposit. Your ability to initiate bank transfers from Deposit Accounts may be limited by federal law or by the terms of your Deposit Agreement with us. Bank transfers from Deposit Accounts that are savings or money market deposit accounts are limited as required by federal regulation. If your Deposit Account does not have sufficient available funds, the transfer may not be completed. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for describing the receiving account information correctly. If a transfer describes the receiving account incorrectly by name or account number or in any other way, payment of the transfer transmitted to the receiving Financial Institution might be made on the basis of the incorrect account number even if it identifies a person different from the named receiver, and that your obligation to pay the amount of the transfer is not excused in such circumstances. You acknowledge and agree that once an external funds transfer has been initiated by you, it cannot be stopped or revoked. If you discover that an external funds transfer was initiated in error, you may notify the Bank and the Bank will use its best efforts to correct the transfer. The Bank shall have no liability arising out of your initiation of erroneous external funds transfers or the Bank’s attempts to correct such transfers.
