EXTERIOR STORAGE. Tenant shall neither store, nor permit to be stored any goods, machinery, merchandise, equipment, or any other items whatsoever in the parking lot or any other common area adjacent to or in the Building. Tenant may only place or store items wholly within its leased Premises.
