Common use of Extent of Service Clause in Contracts

Extent of Service. During the Employment Period, and excluding any periods of vacation, sick or other leave to which Executive is entitled under this Agreement, Executive agrees to devote reasonable attention and time to the business and affairs of the Bank commensurate with his offices, and, to the extent necessary to discharge the responsibilities assigned to Executive hereunder, to use Executive’s reasonable best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently Executive’s responsibilities and duties under this Agreement.

Extent of Service. During the Employment Period, and excluding any periods of vacation, sick or other leave to which Executive is entitled under this Agreement, Executive agrees to devote reasonable attention and time to the business and affairs of the Bank Employer commensurate with his Executive’s offices, and, to the extent necessary to discharge the responsibilities assigned to Executive hereunder, to use Executive’s reasonable best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently Executive’s responsibilities and duties under this Agreement.
