Extensions of Time. 34.1 If at any time during performance of the Contract, the Supplier or its subcontractors should encounter conditions impeding timely delivery of the Goods or completion of Related Services pursuant to GCC Clause 13, the Supplier shall promptly notify the Procuring Entity in writing of the delay, its likely duration, and its cause. As soon as practicable after receipt of the Supplier's notice, the Procuring Entity shall evaluate the situation and may at its discretion extend the Supplier's time for performance, in which case the extension shall be ratified by the parties by amendment of the Contract.

The Developer may be allowed extensions of time for commencement of construction, or for beyond the completion date, for unavoidable delays such as those caused by strikes, lockouts, acts of God, or factors beyond the control of the Developer. Application for extension shall be made on the Teton County “Development Agreement Extension Application” and shall address the criteria presented on that form and in Exhibit C, Extension Criteria. The Developer shall pay the fee associated with the request. Developer acknowledges and agrees that the Board of County Commissioners has the sole discretion to grant or deny a request for extension. The application for a development agreement extension must be submitted to the Planning Department before the expiration of the original development agreement.
Extensions of Time. The Settling Parties may agree upon a reasonable extension of time for deadlines and dates reflected in this Settlement Agreement, without further notice (subject to Court approval as to Court dates).
