Extensions and Waivers. This Agreement may not be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in any respect except by an instrument in writing of even or subsequent date hereto duly executed by the parties hereto. The parties hereto may not (a) extend the time for the performance of any of the obligations or other acts of the parties hereto, (b) waive any inaccuracies in the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement or in any documents delivered pursuant to this Agreement or (c) waive compliance with or modify any of the covenants or agreements contained in this Agreement and waive or modify performance of any of the obligations of any of the parties hereto, except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties purporting to be bound thereby.
