Extension/Termination of Contract. The Board shall make a determination regarding the re-employment and assignment of the Administrator no later than 45 days before the end of the contract term. If the Board determines not to re-employ the Administrator or to reassign the Administrator, such decision shall be provided in writing to the Administrator at least forty-five (45) days before the end of the contract term. This Agreement does not constitute an obligation, either written or implied, for re- employment beyond the term set forth herein.
