Extension of Time of Performance. That notwithstanding any provision contained herein to the contrary wherever applicable, the Lessor may for good cause, as determined by the Board, allow additional time beyond the time or times specified herein to the Lessee, in which to comply, observe and perform any of the terms, conditions, and covenants contained herein.
Extension of Time of Performance. The time for performance for the Services under the Agreement shall be extended for an additional period of time ending on December 31, 2024. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, including any addenda or amendments, not modified shall remain in full force and effect. Extension of Time of Performance. Contractor shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time of performance, the length of which shall be determined by the City, for delays to its performance that are in no way the fault or responsibility of Provider; provided, however, that no such extension shall be granted unless a written request, setting forth in detail the grounds therefor, is received by the City within ten (10) calendar days following the events giving rise to such alleged delay. Provider's sole and exclusive remedy for costs or damages arising from any delay to its performance, whether or not caused by any act or omission of the City, Provider, or others, shall be an extension of the time of performance, and in no event shall Provider be entitled to payment or compensation of any kind from the City for any such costs or damages.
Extension of Time of Performance. Any extension of the time of performance of such contract as so amended shall not release the undersigned Guarantor from liability hereon.
