Extension of the Agreement. Should neither party to this agreement receive written notice requesting negotiations sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of the agreement, the agreement will be considered to be renewed. The new agreement shall be in force and effect from the day following termination of the previous agreement and for one year thereafter.

Extension of the Agreement. 8.1 If no objection is made to this agreement either by labor or management one month prior to the date of expiration of this agreement, this agreement shall be extended for an additional year under the same terms and conditions. Extension of the Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the parties hereby agree that definition of the Expiration Date shall be amended so that the Expiration Date means January 31, 2009. The period from February 1, 2007 through January 31, 2009 shall be referred to as the "Extended Period".

The CWC has the option to extend the Agreement on expiry of the project period to two years on same rates, terms and conditions, to avail the services of SI without the need to go for a separate bid process. The decision on the extension will be mutually agreed by SI and CWC keeping in consideration a) Satisfactory Performance of the SI b) Time Constraints or Other Serious Impediments in Selection of Replacement SI c) Technological Reasons d) Where circumstances inescapably require taking recourse to this option.
Extension of the Agreement. Notwithstanding the termination date of December 31, 2006, identified in the Agreement in that section title, “Term”, or the rights to terminate the Agreement during the one-year extensions after such date also in such section, the parties hereby agree that the Agreement, unless terminated by the Company, shall be extended so as to remain in full force and effect until performance in full of the Obligations. Further, notwithstanding the terms of the Agreement granting the Advisor termination rights in that section of the Agreement titled “Termination Without Cause” the Advisor shall have no right to terminate the Agreement until performance in full of the Obligations. Nothing herein shall affect the termination rights of the Company granted in the Agreement.
