Extension of Rights. No amendment, alteration or repeal of this Article VI or any provision hereof shall be effective as to any Indemnitee for acts, events and circumstances that occurred, in whole or in part, before such amendment, alteration or repeal. The provisions of this Article VI shall continue as to an Indemnitee whose Corporate Status has ceased for any reason and shall inure to the benefit of his heirs, executors and administrators. Neither the provisions of this Article VI nor those of any agreement to which the Company is a party shall be deemed to preclude the indemnification of any person who is not specified in this Article VI as having the right to receive indemnification or is not a party to any such agreement, but whom the Company has the power or obligation to indemnify under the provisions of the NRS.
Extension of Rights. During such time as TGTX is deemed an Affiliate of CTI, CTI extends to TGTX all of its rights under the License Agreement subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the License Agreement, provided that such rights shall be limited to the Field and shall exclude the right to make and have made Licensed Products. TGTX hereby assumes the obligations of CTI under the License Agreement with respect to its exercise of rights thereunder. Such extension of rights shall automatically terminate at the time TGTX is no longer deemed to be an Affiliate of CTI. It is the intention of TGTX and CTI for this Agreement to be consistent with the License Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, if CTI shall default on any obligations owed DFCI then TGTX shall have the right to cure such defaults and set any amounts incurred by TGTX in curing such defaults against any future payments TGTX may owe to CTI.
Extension of Rights. This AGREEMENT is intended solely for the mutual benefit of the Parties. There is no intention, express or otherwise, to create any rights or interests for any party or person other than the UNIVERSITY and the AGENCY; without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no rights are intended to be created for any client, student, parent or guardian of any student, employer, or prospective employer of any student.
Extension of Rights. 9.1 All rights, remedies, liabilities, covenants and agreements herein given to or imposed upon either of the parties hereto applies to the successors and assigns of the Company and Advisor as well as the Company’s subsidiary or affiliated corporations and any successor to the business of the Company and at any place in any Article of this Agreement where the Company is referred to it shall be understood as including any subsidiary or affiliated corporation of the Company and any successor to the business of the Company.
Extension of Rights. (i) With Idenix' approval on a case-by-case basis (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), Novartis may grant to Third Parties sublicenses under the licenses granted to Novartis pursuant to Section 6.1; provided that any such sublicense is granted pursuant to a written agreement that subjects the sublicensee to all relevant restrictions, limitations and obligations in this Agreement, including without limitation those set forth in Sections 5.3, 6.1(f) and 8.10 and Article 9, and provided further that any such sublicensee shall not further sublicense except on terms consistent with this Section 6.1(f). No consent or any agreement from Idenix shall be required for Novartis to extend to its Affiliates the rights licensed to it pursuant to this Section 6.1.

During such time as TGTX is deemed an Affiliate of CTI, CTI extends to TGTX all of its rights under the Collaboration Agreement with Adimab (except Adimab Materials, Optioned Program Antibody Know-How and Program Antibody Know-How), License Agreement (except CAIX) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Collaboration Agreement with Adimab and the License Agreement, provided that such rights shall be limited to the Field and shall exclude the right to make and have made Licensed Products. TGTX hereby assumes the obligations of CTI under the Collaboration Agreement with Adimab and License Agreement with respect to its exercise of rights thereunder. Such extension of rights shall automatically terminate at the time TGTX is no longer deemed to be an Affiliate of CTI. It is the intention of TGTX and CTI for this Agreement to be consistent with the Collaboration Agreement with Adimab and the License Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, if CTI shall default on any obligations owed Adimab or DFCI then TGTX shall have the right to cure such defaults and set any amounts incurred by TGTX in curing such defaults against any future payments TGTX may owe to CTI.
Extension of Rights. The Collateral Agent shall have under all other Transaction Documents to which it is party the same rights, privileges, protections, indemnities, immunities and standard of care that are afforded to it under this Agreement.

Extension of Rights. All rights and obligations incurred hereunder by Licensor or Licensee shall extend to and be binding upon their respective domestic and international divisions, subsidiaries, other controlled companies, affiliates, and related entities.
