Extension of Protection. Client agrees to extend any and all liability limitations and indemnifications provided by Client to WHKS to those individuals and entities WHKS retains for performance of the services under this Agreement, including but not limited to WHKS officers and employees and their heirs and assigns, as well as WHKS subconsultants and their officers, employees, heirs and assigns.

Extension of Protection. In so far as the relevant legislation of the Contracting Parties permits, the benefit of the protection afforded by this Agreement shall extend to natural and legal persons, federations, associations and organisations of producers, traders or consumers whose head offices are located in the territory of the other Contracting Party.

  • Staff Protection A. The District shall protect certificated employees acting within the scope of their employment by purchasing liability insurance in the amount of at least five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence, and the District shall include the certificated employees as named insured under the liability insurance and errors and omissions policy of the school district.

  • Eye Protection Approved eye protection shall be supplied to individual prescription to all employees who normally wear glasses and are required to wear eye protection for an appreciable amount of time in the performance of their duties.

  • Extension of Leave 4 If an extension of the leave is required, a request for the extension must be 5 submitted on the Leave Request Form at least five days in advance of the leave 6 expiration. Consideration of an extension will be based on the same criteria as 7 the original request. Failure to return to work at the expiration of the leave may 8 result in termination.
