Extension of Non-Compete Period. In addition to the remedies the Company may seek and obtain pursuant to subsection (f) of this Section 15, the Non-Compete Period shall be extended by any and all periods during which Executive shall be found by a court possessing personal jurisdiction over him to have been in violation of the covenants contained in this Section 15.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. The Non-Compete Period shall be extended to include the period beginning on October 1, 1999 and ending at the close of business on December 31, 2007, with the exception that the Stonyfield Farms, Inc. entity shall be specifically excluded from any and all non-compete obligations. The non-compete obligations shall apply only to kefir, fromage frais and Greek Yogurt.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. I acknowledge and agree that in addition to the remedies International Paper may seek and obtain pursuant to Paragraph 11, the Non-Compete Period will be extended by any and all periods in which I am found to have been in violation of the covenants contained in Paragraph 2 of this Non-Competition Agreement.

In the event that any Seller violates its Covenant Not to Compete, then notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, the Non-Compete Period, with respect to such Seller, shall be extended day for day for the time period that party is in violation of any such Covenant Not to Compete.

Xxxxx further agrees that in the event he violates any of the provisions of Paragraph 13 of this Agreement, the period referred to therein shall be extended to include after April 30, 2013 the period of time during which Xxxxx was in violation of the terms of this Agreement.
Extension of Non-Compete Period. In consideration for benefits to the Executive set forth herein, the Executive agrees that the periods set forth in Sections 6(b), (c) and (d) of the Agreement shall be extended from twenty-four to thirty months.
