Extension Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the pro rata benefit of each Extending Lender, at the time of any extension of the Maturity Date pursuant to Section 2.5, such extension fees as are agreed upon among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Extending Lenders.
