Extended Warranties. At the time of purchase, students may also purchase an optional extended warranty (past the standard warranty period) from the supplier/manufacturer of their device, during which any manufacturing defects that may occur will also be repaired.

Extended Warranties. NBC may offer extended warranty service contracts to end-users of the Light Sources supplied hereunder. Such contracts shall be on reasonable and customary terms and conditions for services of a similar nature and shall not be any less favorable to the end-users of the Light Sources supplied hereunder than other end-users of other products manufactured by NBC. It is understood and agreed that DUSA may contract with third parties to provide extended warranty or out-of-warranty service for Light Sources or may provide such service itself.
Extended Warranties. Turf Products carry an (8) Year Warranty on Labor and Materials. Polyurethane Track Surfaces all carry a (5) Year Warranty on Labor and Materials. New Latex Track Surfaces carry a (2) Year Warranty on Labor and Materials. Excluded Items: Crack Filling, Control Joint Filling, and Track Patching are not Warranted. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES DAMAGE FROM, VANDALISM, SLIGHT COLOR VARIATIONS FROM SAMPLES OR PRINTED BROCHURES, COLOR FADING DUE TO STAINS, XXXXX, CUTS, GOUGES, AND INDENTIONS CAUSED BY UNUSUAL/IMPROPER USE, ALKALI, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, CRACKING, SHIFTING OR LIFTING OF THE SUBSTRATE OVER WHICH THE SURFACING SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED. Warranty Claim Remedy: Warranty coverage begins with the date of ACCEPTANCE by the owner. Upon FIRST NOTICE of a suspected warranty claim defect, the OWNER shall notify, in written format, MAC advising in detail the suspected area of defect, the date of FIRST NOTICE of the suspected defect, and a request for a WARRANTY CLAIM inspection.
Extended Warranties. Extended Warranties. Retailer will not be permitted to finance on Accounts extended warranties, service contracts, gift certificates, cash cards or stored value cards without the prior written approval of Bank. With respect to any of the foregoing, if Retailer seeks Bank’s consent to finance such products under the Program, Retailer agrees to review with Bank its offering of and procedures concerning the sale and fulfillment of such products. Retailer understands that any third party insurer of any extended warranty program proposed by Retailer shall be subject to financial review by Bank and must otherwise be reasonably acceptable to Bank. Even where approved by Bank, Retailer shall be responsible for ensuring that any extended warranties, service contracts, gift certificates, cash cards or stored value cards fully comply with all applicable laws. Nothing in this Section 6.10 shall restrict Retailer from selling products subject to normal manufacturer’s warranties included in the standard purchase price as long as no additional seller’s warranties are provided.
Extended Warranties. Extended five and ten-year warranties for parts and labor for PB Heat PureFire ® residential gas boilers are available. This program is sold directly to the installing contractor/dealer who, in turn, will sell it to the home or building owner. Such additional warranty will commence on the 31st day following installation and expire on the five/ten year anniversary of installation. Extended warranty coverage is also available for certain boiler system accessories. The coverage on these accessories can be added to any new PB Heat boiler installations, only by the contractor/dealer who sells the boiler and the extended warranty contract. PB Heat is not responsible for labor claims against the PB Heat extended warranty program administrator or any other insurance carrier. Hytera America at its option, will repair or replace a product during the warranty period provided it is returned in accordance with the terms of this warranty to the place of purchase. Repair at Hytera America’s option may include the replacement of parts, components and or boards with functionally equivalent, reconditioned or new parts or boards. Replaced parts or boards are warranted for the balance of the original applicable warranty period. All products and parts that are submitted for replacement and are replaced, are the property of Hytera US. This express limited warranty is extended by Hytera US, to the original end user purchaser or lessee only and is not assignable or transferable to any other party. This is the complete warranty for Products sold by Hytera US. Xxxxxx US assumes no obligations or liability for additions or modifications to this warranty unless made in writing and signed by an officer of Hytera US.
