Extended Military Leave. A full-time member who enlists in or is conscripted into the United States Military Service shall be granted a leave of absence without pay in conformance with conditions established by federal and state law. If said employee volunteers for alternative service, in lieu of the Draft, he shall be entitled to the above mentioned rights.
