Extended Military Leave. Persons will be granted extended military leave will forfeit all employee benefits while on active duty, but will be accorded reinstatement or reemployment privileges, as required under and in accordance with Florida Statutes 295.095 and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA).
