Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on February 6, 2014. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, to February 6, 2019 (the “Extended Lease Term”), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment.
Extended Lease Term. The Lease termination date shall be extended such that the Lease shall terminate on July 31, 2014 ("New Termination Date"). The period from August 1, 2011 through the New Termination Date is referred to herein as the "Extended Term." Tenant shall continue to have five (5) remaining options to extend the term of the Lease as set forth in Section 1 of the Lease.
Extended Lease Term. The existing term of the Lease shall be extended an additional three (3) months and terminate on March 31, 2028 (as hereinafter extended the “Extended Term”), unless otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to Section 1.2 of the Lease. Upon the Expansion Commencement Date, all references in the Lease to the term “Term” shall hereinafter include the Extended Term.
Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on August 31, 2011. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of four (4) years, from September 1, 2011, through August 31, 2015 (the “Extended Term.”), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment. The Right of First Offer set forth in Article II of Exhibit F to the Office Lease is hereby deleted and shall be of no further force or effect.
Extended Lease Term. If Tenant wishes to exercise an option to extend the Term, it shall do so by giving written notice to Landlord not less than nine (9) months, nor more than twenty-four (24) months, prior to the expiration of the Initial Term (or the prior Extended Lease Term, as the case may be). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may exercise any such option only if, at the time of notice of exercise of such option and as of the date of the commencement of the Extended Lease Term (i) Tenant is then conducting business operations on the Leased Premises, and (ii) there is not then in existence a Tenant default under the Lease, and (iii) no previous option has remained unexercised by Tenant. Notwithstanding anything in this Article to the contrary, should Tenant fail to timely provide written notice of its election to exercise an Extended Lease Term, Landlord will notify Tenant in writing that it has missed the deadline and Tenant shall have ten (10) days after receipt of such notice from Landlord to provide Landlord with written notice of its election to exercise an option to extend. If Tenant fails to provide notice to Landlord within such 10-day period, Tenant’s option to extend (and any future options to extend) will be terminated and Tenant will be deemed to have waived its option to extend.
Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, and notwithstanding that Section 3.3 of the Summary attached to the Lease incorrectly identified the Lease Expiration Date as June 30, 2015, the Lease Tenn is scheduled to expire on July 31, 2015. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, from August 1, 2015, until July 31, 2020, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease. The period of time commencing on August 1, 2015, and ending on July 31, 2020, shall be referred to herein as the "Extended Term."
Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the term of the Lease (the "Lease Term") is scheduled to expire on April 30, 2019. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of five (5) years, from May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2024, on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this Third Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease. The period of time commencing as of the Expansion Commencement Date, and continuing through April 30, 2024, shall be referred to herein as the "Expansion Term".
Extended Lease Term. The Term of the Lease shall be extended for three years such that the Lease shall terminate on June 30, 2021, and all references in the Lease to the “Term” or words of similar import shall mean the period through June 30, 2021, and all references in the Lease to the “Termination Date” or words of similar import shall mean June 30, 2021.
Extended Lease Term. Pursuant to the Lease, the Lease Term is scheduled to expire on November 30, 2025. Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to extend the Lease Term for a period of three (3) years and eleven (11) months, from December 1, 2025, through October 31, 2029 (the "Extended Term"), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease, as hereby amended by this First Amendment, unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease.
Extended Lease Term. The Lease Termination Date shall be -------------------- extended such that the Lease shall terminate on the date ("New Termination Date") which is sixty (60) months after the Expansion Commencement Date; provided however, that if the Expansion Commencement Date occurs on a date other than the first (1st) day of a calendar month, the New Termination Commencement Date occurs, The period from the Expansion Commencement Date through the New Termination Date specified above shall be referred to herein as the "EXTENDED TERM" Any contrary provision of the Lease notwithstanding, Tenant shall have no unilateral right to further extend the Extended Term beyond the New Termination Date, except as set forth in Section 9 below.
