Common use of Extended Health Care Coverage Clause in Contracts

Extended Health Care Coverage. A) The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premiums for extended health care coverage for regular employees and their eligible dependents (including common-law spouses) under the Plan. Plan coverage cannot be changed without consultation with the Union. All Plans must be consistent with the collective agreement and not be inferior to the present plan. The plan details are summarized in Appendix A.
