Extended Health Care Coverage. A) The Employer shall pay eighty percent (80%) of the monthly premiums for extended health care coverage for regular employees and their eligible dependents (including common-law spouses) under the current Sun Life Financial Group Benefit Plan, or any other plan mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer.
