Common use of Extended Health Care Benefits Clause in Contracts

Extended Health Care Benefits. A-7.01 Subject to the rules and regulations of the Plan, the Co-operative will provide eligible employees with an Extended Health Care Plan. Premiums will be shared equally by the Co-operative and the employees. This Plan shall also include vision care and prescription drug coverage.
