Extended Day/Extended Year. Any certificated/licensed bargaining unit member working over the normal 185 day school year in the approved Board calendar, shall be paid for each extended day at the 2012- 2013 their daily per diem rate. If the extended day is solely for professional development, the employee shall be paid at the 2012-2013 Instructor In-Service Rate. Beginning with the 2014- 2015 school year, these rates may be modified by the JOC. Any certificated/licensed bargaining unit member working over the normal 440 minute school day shall be paid for the extended minutes at the 2012-2013 daily per diem rate for that school year. Beginning with the 2014-2015 school year, this rate may be modified by the JOC. Any certificated/licensed bargaining unit member whose worksite included an extended day during the 2012-2013 school year will be given a hold-harmless payment equivalent to the compensation for the additional minutes worked in the 2012-2013 school year less the amount they will receive for the additional minutes outside the normal 440 minutes school day for as long as that member remains at that worksite. This hold-harmless payment will be paid in equal 20/26 installments (24 equal installments effective July 1, 2018).

  • Extended Work Year A teacher requested by the Board to work in his/her regular assignment beyond the contracted number of days shall be offered an extended contract and compensated at the scheduled per diem rate, as specified in Article XXV. Compensation for weeks worked after July 1 shall be at the new rate.

In the event (and only in the event) that, Tenant fails to deliver an Option Notice to Landlord within such thirty (30) days, Tenant shall be considered to have elected not to extend the Term of this Lease and thereafter, Tenant shall have no further right to extend the Term of this Lease. References in this Lease to the "Term" shall include the initial Term of fifteen (15) years and shall, in addition, include the First Extended Term and the Second Extended Term, if applicable.

  • C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period. In the event that the Client agrees to extend the Initial Contract Period pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period) the Client shall, in the 6 month period prior to the expiry of the Initial Contract Period, enter into good faith negotiations with the Contractor (for a period of not more than 30 Working Days) to agree a variation in the Contract Price.

  • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property.
