Common use of Extended Contracts Clause in Contracts

Extended Contracts. It is understood the following positions may be contracted for a number of days beyond the board approved days for the 22019-2020 contract for Certified Staff Members. If any of the positions are contracted beyond the board approved days for the 2019-2020 contract, the compensation for those days shall be based on a daily rate of the individual filling that position.
