Extended Care. Extended Care is available until 5:00 p.m. for those who have purchased a bank of hours.
Extended Care. A. Morning Extended Care is only available for students that are enrolled in Afternoon Extended Care on the same day.
Extended Care. The Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible five percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Liberty Health deductible plan including hearing aids a maximum of per person and vision care with a maximum of every months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction. Any Hospital currently paying more than of the premium shall continue to do so. The drug formulary shall be as defined by Liberty Health Formulary Three.
Extended Care. The Company w i l l provide an Extended Health Care Plan. Subject t o the terms of the policy, the deductible is and the co- insurance factor The Plan w i l l include with a maximum of every two (2) years for each insured person. The normal deductible and co- insurance provisions do not apply to this benefit. The Plan w i l l include the cost of hearing aids, up t o a lifetime maximum for each person insured, provided the appliance is prescribed by a certified ear specialist A l l employees w i l l become eligible for coverage effective the first day of the month coincident with or next the completion of six (6) months' service. The required premiums w i l l be paid by the Company. Coverage under the Plan w i l l continue until the end of the month in which an employee is laid off. Coverage w i l l be on the first day of the month coincident with or next following recall to full - time employment. If an individual wishes continuation of these benefits during lay-off, may extend the coverage, for up to three (3) months, provided pays the f u l l monthly premium in advance.
Extended Care. Extended care hours provide the opportunity for service members to balance the competing demands of family life with the military mission. This mandated SECNAV initiative extends the hours of operations to 14 hours per day, Monday- Friday, however the child care time for any child in care shall not exceed 12 hours per day. A command endorsement will be required for patrons utilizing extended care hours. This endorsement must come from the Commanding Officer or the Executive officer. Regularly enrolled children utilizing our programs during the extended hours of 0500-0600 and/or 1800-1900 will be required to make a reservation. As we staff based on reservations, your child may be denied care. A fee may be imposed for a failure to cancel a reservation. Reservation must be made at least two weeks in advance. Per the established DoD SY 2019- 2020 Fee Policy, fees Based on 50 Hours of Care-CDC program fees include 50 hours of care per week and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) approved meals (breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks). Care that extends beyond 50 hours per week will result in additional hourly rates. All hours of care exceeding 50 hours will be charged an additional $5.00 per hour. HOURLY CARE Hourly care is available at all CDC’s upon space availability. Hourly care fees are $5.00 per hour and is available for children from ages six weeks through twelve years of age. Children in this program receive the same developmental care offered to full time children. The ASYMCA Xxxxxx Children's Center offers hourly care for children ages six weeks through five years of age and not enrolled in school, see center for hourly care charges.
Extended Care. Full-day Extended Care is available, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for those with an Extended Care Agreement. Occasional afternoon care until 4:00 p.m., is purchased through a bank of hours based on space availability. This service is contracted separately.
Extended Care. Families who choose Extended Care are required to pay a $100 deposit. This deposit will be returned at the end of the year if there is no balance owed for Extended Care. Extended Care is invoiced the month following Extended Care attendance.
Extended Care. Date: Parent/ Guardian Initials: Children enrolled in the full time program can attend anytime from 6:30am-6:00pm without incurring additional extended care charges. The part time program hours are from 8:30am-3pm. Extended Care occurs when a child is on the part time schedule, yet stays for additional time as needed for daycare. There is a 15 minute grace period before and after the part time schedule. Extended care charges are prorated by the minute for time clocked in before 8:15am and/or after 3:15pm for each day throughout the month. The time used is billed at $9 an hour. If a child is enrolled in a scheduled optional activity class, the child will not incur extended care charges during the scheduled time of the class but will immediately following the scheduled end time. For example, if a class is scheduled to end at 3:45pm and the child is not clocked out, extended care charges will begin at 3:46pm.
Extended Care. Our K-5 extended care program is a service particularly to our working parents which provides on-campus care for the hours beyond the school day. We endeavor to provide a relaxed and fun environment with enough structure to ensure peace and order. Homework time is established for our students who have homework. Parents who arrive after 6:00 P.M. will be charged $1.00 per minute. The hours provided for students: Monday-Thursday ● Before School 6:30 – 7:30 AM ● After School 3:05 PM – 6:00 PM (K - 5th)
Extended Care. The school’s Breakfast and After School Clubs are set up and used by Nursery aged children and above. However, it can be made available to Pre-School children, but admission will be considered on an individual basis. Any sessions must be booked and paid for at least 48 hours in advance. No refund is made for missed booked sessions. Staff Discount Children of staff at the school may be entitled to a discounted rate. Staff rates are to be discussed with and agreed by the Headteacher and Governors.
