Express Delivery. 4.4.1 The Supplier offers express delivery as a delivery alternative. To order express delivery, the Customer must state that when placing the order. Express deliveries can only include five order lines, unless the Supplier grants exceptions. Express deliveries are normally delivered from the Supplier’s warehouse on the same day as the order is placed, provided the ordered is registered before the Supplier’s deadline for express deliveries (3.30 PM unless otherwise stated on Toolstore or the Supplier’s website). Express deliveries only applies to the Supplier’s ordinarily stored assortment and only Products within certain measurements and weight nor hazardous goods. Exact details are stated in the freight rate (section 8 below).

Express Delivery. The FX Services will be provided by us on the same day that the Required Funds are received into your User Account, provided, however, that if that day is not a Business Day (or is after the Cut-Off Time on a Business Day), the Required Funds may be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day (“Express Delivery”). Express Delivery is only available in certain Accepted Jurisdictions and in relation to certain Accepted Currencies (as detailed on our Website and App).

Each customer case will be considered separately. - For a given access speed, Express Delivery is only possible where Telenor has coverage for that access speed, and when Telenor has resources to fulfil the delivery. - For redundant solutions, the delivery dates can be different for the main and redundant access lines. Note: Express Delivery is not possible if Telenor must physically expand the access network. An example is when Telenor must provide new fiber cables to the customer premises. Express Delivery of new fiber cables is not possible.

Warranty claims must be received within 30 calendar days after the Warranty Holder identifies the Manufacturing Defect or other basis for a warranty claim. To be covered under this Cali Bamboo limited warranty, the Warranty Holder must provide documentation of sales order and proof that the Flooring was properly installed in accordance with the Installation Guide (defined below). Cali Bamboo reserves the right to retain a certified and independent flooring inspector to verify the Warranty Holder’s warranty claims. The determination of the flooring inspector regarding the warranty claim is not binding on either Cali Bamboo or on the Warranty Holder. A determination that does not verify the warranty claim shall not affect the Warranty Holder’s right to submit its claim to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the Arbitration Agreement (as defined in Cali Bamboo’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase). The performance of the inspection, however, if requested by Xxxx Xxxxxx and assuming that Xxxx Xxxxxx advances the full cost of the inspection as described above, is a requirement for the Warranty Holder to submit a warranty claim to arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations: This limited warranty covers Flooring that is both (i) installed with strict adherence to Cali Bamboo’s GeoWood flooring installation guide found online at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/flooring-installation/ (the “Installation Guide”) and (ii) maintained in accordance with Cali Bamboo’s GeoWood flooring care and maintenance guidelines found online at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/floor-care-and-maintenance/ (the “Maintenance Guide”). Cali Bamboo will provide copies of these guides upon request by the Warranty Holder. This limited warranty only applies when the Flooring is used under normal traffic and other usage conditions. The limited warranty for Manufacturing Defects does not apply after the Warranty Holder has installed the Flooring, and product variation or error that does not exceed the 5% industry standard is not considered a Manufacturing Defect for purposes of this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not extend to or cover:

  • PRODUCT DELIVERY Delivery must be made as ordered to the address specified on the Purchase Order and in accordance with the terms of the Contract or Contract Award Notice. Unless otherwise specified in the Bid Documents, delivery shall be made within thirty calendar days after receipt of a Purchase Order by the Contractor. The decision of the Commissioner as to compliance with delivery terms shall be final. The burden of proof for delay in receipt of Purchase Order shall rest with the Contractor. In all instances of a potential or actual delay in delivery, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Commissioner and the Authorized User, and confirm in writing the explanation of the delay, and take appropriate action to avoid any subsequent late deliveries. Any extension of time for delivery must be requested in writing by the Contractor and approved in writing by the Authorized User. Failure to meet such delivery time schedule may be grounds for cancellation of the order or, in the Commissioner’s discretion, the Contract.

  • Notification of Delivery Destination Prior to final acceptance of contract requirements by STATE, PURCHASER shall notify STATE, in a form and manner prescribed by STATE, of the delivery destination of all timber purchased under this contract. STATE may hold PURCHASER's performance bond until satisfactory delivery destination information has been received. Notice of Transfer of State Timber. Prior to selling, trading, exchanging, or otherwise conveying unprocessed timber sold under this contract to any other person, PURCHASER must first obtain a certification of the person's eligibility to purchase unprocessed State timber, and their intent to comply with the terms and conditions contained in OAR 629-031-0005 through 629-031-0045. The certification shall be made in a form and manner prescribed by STATE, and shall be forwarded to STATE upon completion of the transaction. Obtaining the certification shall not relieve PURCHASER of the responsibility to provide STATE with an accounting of the delivery destination of that timber.

  • Physical Delivery All notices must be in writing, except as provided in § 27.2. Any document, including a signed 698 document or notice, from or on behalf of Seller, and delivered to Buyer is effective when physically received by Buyer, any 699 signatory on behalf of Buyer, any named individual of Buyer, any representative of Buyer, or Brokerage Firm of Broker working 700 with Buyer (except for delivery, after Closing, of the notice requesting mediation described in § 23 and except as provided in 701 § 27.2).
