Common use of Express Agreement Clause in Contracts

Express Agreement. It is expressly agreed that neither party has made any statement, promise or agreement or taken upon itself any obligation whatsoever, verbally, or otherwise, in conflict with the terms of this Lease, or that in any way modifies, varies, alters, enlarges or invalidates any of its provisions, and no obligation on the part of either party hereto shall be implied in addition to the obligations herein expressed.
