Exposure and Disappearance. (i) When by reason of an accident described in Section 2, the Insured Person is unavoidably exposed to the elements and as a result of such exposure suffers a Loss, the amount set out in the Schedule of Benefits shall be paid.

Exposure and Disappearance. If by reason of an accident an insured person is unavoidably exposed to the elements and as a result of such exposure suffers a loss, such loss will be covered under the terms of the plan.
Exposure and Disappearance. If by reason of an accident covered under this certificate of insurance an insured person is unavoidably exposed to the elements and as a result of such exposure suffers a loss for which indemnity is otherwise payable hereunder, such loss will be covered hereunder. If the body of an insured person has not been found within twelve (12) months after the date of disappearance as the result of the sinking or wrecking of a common carrier in which the insured person was riding at the time of the accident and under such circumstances as would otherwise be covered hereunder, it will be presumed that the insured person suffered loss of life resulting from accidental bodily injury.
Exposure and Disappearance. If, by reason of an Accident covered by this policy, an Insured Dependent is unavoidably exposed to the elements and as the result of such exposure, suffers a loss for which indemnity is otherwise payable under this Dependents Mandatory Accidental Death or Dismemberment Insurance, such loss will be covered under the terms of this policy. If the Insured Dependent is not found within one (1) year after the date of the disappearance, sinking or wrecking of the conveyance in which the Insured Dependent was riding at the time of the Accident and under such circumstances as would otherwise be covered hereunder, it will be presumed the Insured Dependent suffered a Loss of Life resulting from Injury caused by an Accident at the time of such disappearance, sinking or wrecking.
Exposure and Disappearance. In the event the Insured Traveller is unavoidably exposed to the elements and as a result of which suffers a loss for which a benefit is otherwise payable, such a loss will be covered under the terms of this Policy. If your body has not been found within one year of disappearance, stranding, sinking or wrecking of the conveyance in which you were riding at the time of the accident it shall be presumed, subject to all other conditions of this policy, that you a loss of life resulting from bodily injuries sustained in an accident covered under this policy.

Exposure and Disappearance. If you are unavoidably exposed to the elements due to an Accident, and as a result of such exposure, you suffer a Loss for which a benefit would otherwise have been payable, such Loss will be covered by this benefit provision. Where you disappear and your body is not found within 365 days of the disappearance, forced landing, stranding, sinking or wrecking of a vehicle in which you were an occupant, it will be presumed, subject to there being no evidence to the contrary and subject to all other terms and conditions of this benefit provision, that you suffered Loss of Life cause by Accident.
Exposure and Disappearance. If due to an accident the participant hereunder is unavoidably exposed to the elements and if, as a result of such exposure and within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the date of the accident, such person suffers loss of life for which benefits would otherwise have been payable hereunder, such accidental loss of life will be covered by this benefit provision. When due to the accidental wrecking, sinking or disappearance of a conveyance in which a participant is riding, if such person disappears and the body is not found within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the date of such wrecking, sinking or disappearance, it will be presumed, subject to there being no evidence to the contrary and subject to all other terms and conditions of these provisions, that the participant suffered loss of life as a result of an injury.
