Exportation. The Company shall fulfill all governmental formalities with respect to exportation of Technology and any Improvement and tangible materials embodying or reflecting same from the United States. It is particularly understood and agreed that before Baylor shall be required to perform any obligation hereunder which shall be subject to the United States exportation regulations, the Company shall first provide Baylor with any letter of assurance or other certification which may be required to comply with the export administration regulations or other regulations of the U.S. Department of Commerce or any other agency or instrumentality of the federal government of the U.S. having jurisdiction over the export of products or technical data from the U.S. The Company further agrees it will comply with said regulations in respect to any exportation or reexportation of Technology and any Improvement. Inability or failure, if any, of the Company to secure any necessary government license or approval to export any of the Technology to any particular country or countries shall not entitle the Company to terminate the Agreement or to any form of relief, credit, rebate or recovery from Baylor.
Exportation. 7.00 LICENSEE shall be limited to the use of the LICENSED PRODUCT or LICENSED PROCESS and TECHNOLOGY in the LICENSED FIELD in the LICENSED TERRITORY. LICENSEE shall not export the LICENSED PRODUCT or LICENSED PROCESS and TECHNOLOGY to countries or territories that would be deemed to be high risk with regard to utilizing the technology without legal authorization. Any country to which LICENSEE proposes to export finished products or grants a SUB- LICENSES to, must have written authorization and consent from LICENSOR.
Exportation. The quoted shipping dates are subject to receipt of all export documents and authorizations. Xxxxx agrees to provide Seller in writing with the ultimate destination and identity of the end-user prior to shipment. Seller reserves the right to choose the freight forwarder, carrier and/or broker.

Exportation. Buyer agrees not to export the Products, or any systems containing the Products, or any technical data relating to the Products without first obtaining licenses or any other approvals required by the United States Department of Commerce or other United States governmental agencies. Buyer agrees not to export to any prohibited countries listed under the United States Export Administration Act of 1979 as amended and updated from time to time and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
Exportation. If the Products ordered are to be exported from the United States (US), the quoted shipping dates are subject to receipt of all export documents and authorizations. Regardless of ultimate destination, the prices quoted are based on packing for domestic shipment unless otherwise stated in writing. Xxxxx agrees to provide Seller in writing with the ultimate destination and identity of the end-user prior to shipment if the Products are to be exported. Seller reserves the right to choose the freight forwarder, carrier and/or broker. These commodities, technology or software shall be exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Domestic Destinations – The Buyer of items shipping to US destinations is solely responsible for complying with applicable U.S. export laws.
Exportation. Article 5 The appropriate Russian governmental authorities shall issue an export licence in respect of all consignments from Russia of steel products covered by the Agreement up to the relevant quantitative limits set out in Annex II to the Agreement.
Exportation. Neither Party shall export, directly or indirectly, any technical data acquired from the other Party pursuant to this Agreement or any product utilizing any such data to any country for which the United States government or any agency thereof at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval without first obtaining such license or approval.
Exportation. 13.1 Export laws and regulations of the United States and any other relevant local export laws and regulations apply to the Services. Such export laws govern use of the Services (including technical data) and any Services deliverables provided under this Agreement, and Customer and Oracle each agree to comply with all such export laws and regulations (including “deemed export” and “deemed re- export” regulations). Customer agrees that no data, information, software programs and/or materials resulting from the Services (or direct product thereof) will be exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of these laws, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by these laws including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation, or development of missile technology. 13.1 Les lois et réglementations des États-Unis en matière d’exportation et toutes les autres lois et réglementations locales pertinentes s’appliquent aux Services. Le Client et Oracle s’engagent chacun à respecter ces lois et règlements export (y compris les règlements « dits d’exportation ou de réexportation »). Le Client s’engage à ce qu’aucune donnée, aucune information, aucun logiciel et/ou aucun composant résultant de Services (ou dérivé directement de ceux-ci) ne soit exporté directement ou indirectement en violation desdites lois ou ne soit utilisé à des fins interdites par lesdites lois, notamment la prolifération d’armes nucléaires, chimiques ou biologiques ou le développement de technologies en matière de missiles.
Exportation. 6.1 GRANTEE shall be limited to the selling the Product in the Territory. GRANTEE shall not export the Product outside the Territory without prior written consent and authorization by GRANTOR.
