Export Restriction. 37.1 Notwithstanding any obligation under the Contract to complete all export formalities, any export restrictions attributable to the Procuring Entity, to Kenya, or to the use of the products/goods, systems or services to be supplied, which arise from trade regulations from a country supplying those products/goods, systems or services, and which substantially impede the Supplier from meeting its obligations under the Contract, shall release the Supplier from the obligation to provide deliveries or services, always provided, however, that the Supplier can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Procuring Entity that it has completed all formalities in a timely manner, including applying for permits, authorizations and licenses necessary for the export of the products/goods, systems or services under the terms of the Contract. Termination of the Contract on this basis shall be for the Procuring Entity's convenience pursuant to Sub-Clause 35.3.
Export Restriction. Seller shall notify Buyer if any deliverable under this purchase order is restricted by export control laws or regulations. e.
Export Restriction. You agree that you will not export, re-export, or import the PRODUCT, MAINTENANCE or any other software or service delivered hereunder in any form without the appropriate government licenses. You understand that under no circumstances may the PRODUCT, MAINTENANCE or any other software or service delivered hereunder be exported to any country subject to U.S. embargo or to U.S.-designated denied persons or prohibited entities or U.S. specially designated nationals.
Export Restriction. You agree that you will not export or re-export the Licensed Materials, reference images or accompanying documentation in any form without the appropriate governmental licenses. Your failure to comply with this provision is a material breach of this License.
Export Restriction. You agree that the Service will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations.

Export Restriction. Regardless of any disclosure made by Client to eFunds of an ultimate destination of any eFunds Products, Client Customization or Source Code, Client will not export and/or re-export, either directly or indirectly, any eFunds Product, Client Customization, Source Code or any other technology obtained from eFunds without first obtaining, at the Client's expense, an export/re-export license from the United States government, as required. In no event shall Client export or re-export any of the foregoing to any country, individual, end-user at end-use prohibited under U.S. Department of Commerce or U.S. Department of Treasury Regulations. Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that eFunds' obligations under this Agreement are dependent and contingent upon eFunds' ability to obtain any required U.S. export or re-export license or other authorization.
Export Restriction. Licensee agrees to obey all applicable export laws and regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce (U.S. Export Administration Regulations 15 CFR 730 et seq.), and shall not export, reexport, resell, transfer, or disclose, directly or indirectly, any Licensed Materials, or the direct product thereof, to any proscribed person, entity, or country, or foreign national thereof, unless properly authorized by the U.S. government.
