Export Law Assurances. You are responsible for complying with all trade regulations and laws both foreign and domestic. You acknowledge that this Software may only be exported or re-exported in accordance with U.S. Government Export Administration Regulations. Without authorization from the U.S. Government, You may not export or re-export the Software (i) to any prohibited country, person, entity, or end-user as specified by U.S. export controls or (ii) for use in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons, or missile technology, or any other prohibited use. You warrant and represent that neither the Bureau of Export Administration of the U.S. Commerce Department not any other U.S. Government entity or agency has suspended, revoked or denied, in whole or in part, Your export privileges. Export Law Assurances. You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Software except as authorized by United States law and laws of the jurisdiction in which the Software was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Software may not be exported or re-exported (a) into (or to a national or resident of) any U.S. embargoed countries (including without limitation Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Serbia, Sudan, and Syria) or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person's List or Entity List. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
Export Law Assurances. Subscriber understands that the deliverables provided to Subscriber under this Agreement may be subject to export control laws and regulations. SUBSCRIBER MUST NOT EXPORT OR RE-EXPORT ANY FREELANCER WORK PRODUCT OR ANY INFORMATION OR TECHNOLOGY UNDERLYING THE FREELANCER WORK PRODUCT OR FREELANCER SERVICES EXCEPT IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH ALL UNITED STATES AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, UNITED STATES EXPORT CONTROL LAWS.
Export Law Assurances. CUSTOMER acknowledges that it is familiar and shall comply with all domestic and international export laws and regulations that apply to the WSP Software. These laws include restrictions on destinations and use. CUSTOMER hereby expressly agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify WSP, its directors, officers, and employees, from any claim, suit or dispute alleging that CUSTOMER has exported the WSP Software in violation of such laws.
Export Law Assurances. You acknowledge that all UPS Materials provided hereunder are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, as well as other U.S. laws and regulations. You agree to comply with the EAR and all applicable U.S. laws in your handling and use of all UPS Materials provided hereunder and to not export or reexport the UPS Materials except as authorized by the EAR, U.S. and other applicable laws. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree, represent and warrant that no UPS Materials will be accessed from, downloaded in, released in, carried to, transferred to, transshipped through or to, exported to, or reexported to (1) the Restricted Territory (or a national or resident thereof) or (2) any person, entity or organization on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List or Entity List. The countries and territories considered Restricted Territory and the persons, entities or organizations on the aforementioned lists may change from time to time. You agree to stay current with and comply with this provision notwithstanding any such changes. Export Law Assurances. Customer acknowledges that Product may be subject to export and import control laws, and agrees to comply fully with those laws in connection with Product. Customer agrees that Product is not being and will not be acquired for, shipped, transferred, or re-exported, directly or indirectly, to proscribed or embargoed countries or their nationals.

You agree that neither the pogrom nor any direct product thereof is being or will be shipped, transferred or re-exported, directly or indirectly, into any country prohibited by the US Export Administration Act and the regulations thereunder or will be used for any purpose prohibited by the Act.
Export Law Assurances. Licensee shall not export or re-export, or allow the export or re-export of the Software or any copy, portion or direct product of the foregoing, in violation of any export laws, restrictions, national security controls or regulations of the United States or other applicable foreign agency or authority.
Export Law Assurances. The Components and all service provided in connection with this Agreement are further subject to United States Export Controls. No Component or service provided in connection with this Agreement may be made available in connection with or exported (a) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (b) anyone on the United States Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders. The Parties covenant, represent and warrant that they will comply with the terms of this Section.
